I was born and raised in the heart of Northern California, where my love affair with food began.

From a young age, I've always been captivated by the wonders of the culinary world. It's no surprise that every job I've had has been in restaurants and kitchens, allowing me to immerse myself in the delightful art of baking.

However, it was a turning point in my career when I got the incredible opportunity to whip up desserts at a vegan resort in California. During those years, I discovered my true passion: bringing joy to people through food and crafting beautiful culinary creations.

Eventually, life led me to a new chapter. I found myself in the picturesque town of Port Townsend at Sweet Laurettes, where I spent four wonderful years as a baker and wedding cake maker. The experience was magical, as I had the privilege of contributing to countless celebrations and witnessing the power of a well-crafted cake.

But as they say, change is the only constant. When the owner decided to sell her business, destiny knocked on my door once again. This time, it was the Chimacum Corner Farmstand, a beloved local spot, offering me the chance to create and manage a bakery/deli department. For the next six years, I poured my heart into nourishing our community with delightful treats and mouthwatering dishes.

Amidst all these incredible professional adventures, life also blessed me with personal joys. During my ten years on the Peninsula, I met my wonderful husband and welcomed our precious son, Finn, into this world.

Throughout this journey, one dream has always burned bright within me: owning my own bakery. The dream started to take shape as I planned my wedding and realized the demand for catering services in our area. And that's when the idea of a mobile bakery was born.
